A Camino of faith

If you are a pilgrim, potential pilgrim, or maybe even a past pilgrim, deliberately seeking to connect your faith to preparing for and walking the Camino, and for the life that follows, this site is for you.

This site is expressly religious and spiritual, unapologetically Catholic, but also quite open to and intended to be useful for people of other faiths who I hope can benefit from my suggestions that are simply human and purely practical. If this author has done his job right, this book might even work for non-religious adventurers.

This author respects those who walk the way simply for adventure. The Camino is an adventure worthy of those who simply want space and beauty in their lives.

The whole point, both of the Camino, and this site, is personal transformation, growth in goodness, deeper self-understanding, while focusing on the presence of the Holy in our lives. If that appeals to you, I wrote this with you in mind.

Camino stories, scripture readings and reflections accompany you in your various pilgrimage steps: as you discern if the Camino is for you, and prepare for the Camino, while walking the Camino and celebrating your faith upon arriving in Santiago. The reflections continue for you if you need encouragement remaining spiritually grounded on the Camino after returning home.
